Goliath kicks Davids ass!

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- A federal appeals court in Washington ruled on Tuesday that the FCC does not have the authority to stop Internet service provider Comcast from interfering with its customers' file sharing.

Tuesday's court decision is the latest volley in a legal fight dating back to 2007, when Comcast subscribers realized that the company was hindering their ability to use peer-to-peer applications like BitTorrent to swap files that consume large amounts of bandwidth.

This is not good, next they will be blocking me from updating my porn collection!

Subscription Services

When signing up for any of our subscription services, your credit card will automatically be charged on each and every monthly anniversary date until you decide to cancel your subscription. You must cancel the day before your renewal to escape any charges placed on your account. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by either party. These cancellations must be sent via email. When termination is requested by a subscriber, subscription fees are not refunded.
